The project required recovering program momentum after delays in design and early stages of delivery. Coordinating authority approvals, consultant inputs, and contractor procurement under tight time and cost pressures demanded disciplined project management. Integrating services and finishes to a high-quality standard while maintaining compliance with local authority requirements added further complexity, particularly within a constrained residential site.
