NGNU supported the redevelopment of an industrial facility in Yennora, NSW. Our role included project management, consultant coordination, and superintendent services to deliver a compliant and operational factory for the client.
The project provided new industrial capacity following the destruction of the existing facility, ensuring operations could be reinstated efficiently and sustainably.
The existing factory was destroyed following fire damage, requiring full redevelopment of the site. Shifts in flood modelling and the extent of damage meant a complete Development Application was required to bring the facility up to current code. This process demanded close coordination with both the client and insurers, as well as careful planning to address regulatory requirements and environmental considerations.
NGNU managed design development, planning approvals, and procurement to ensure the facility could be rebuilt efficiently. Through disciplined cost management and stakeholder coordination, the project was successfully delivered for less than the insurance payout, creating a compliant and fully operational industrial facility without additional financial burden on the client.
