PVH Brands Consolidation.

NGNU managed PVH’s consolidation of multiple logistics centres into a streamlined warehouse and distribution model. Our role included project management, procurement coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure the transition to a new 3PL provider was completed without disruption.

This project provided PVH with a more efficient logistics footprint, supporting global brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

The challenge.

The consolidation required relocating warehousing and logistics operations while maintaining ongoing distribution. Integrating complex IT systems and coordinating procurement under tight timeframes presented significant risks. Ensuring stock continuity, minimising operational downtime, and managing multiple stakeholders across PVH and third-party providers added further complexity

How we delivered success.

NGNU coordinated contractors and consultants to ensure seamless relocation and commissioning of the new facilities. We guided procurement processes, staged the transition to minimise disruption, and applied cost control measures to keep the program on budget. The outcome was a smooth consolidation that improved PVH’s operational efficiency while safeguarding brand and customer commitments.
