NSW Golf Club.

NSW Golf Club.

Staged redevelopment of a public golf course incorporating a new clubhouse, maintenance facility, upgraded irrigation systems, and associated civil works. NGNU provided comprehensive client-side services, including feasibility assessments, approvals management, procurement strategy, superintendent services, and phased construction oversight.

The challenge.

The NSW Golf Club project involved staged delivery of a new Half-way House, refurbishment of the clubhouse, and services upgrades while the club remained fully operational. The key challenges were maintaining member access and hospitality services during works, sequencing construction to minimise disruption to daily operations and events, and coordinating across heritage and environmental constraints on the sensitive La Perouse site. Complex stakeholder expectations, including members, management, and consultants, required careful planning and transparent communication throughout.

How we delivered success.

NGNU managed the staging of works to keep club operations running smoothly, sequencing construction around peak usage times and major events. We coordinated design consultants and contractors to ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality finishes. Through clear reporting and proactive engagement with the club’s management and stakeholders, NGNU delivered upgrades that enhanced member facilities and preserved the club’s reputation while achieving program and quality objectives.
